Tired muscles

Yesterday I increase my regime again and was rewarded with muscle ache around the arms and waist. Must be working all those dormant muscles. But I also woke up 15 minutes earlier so that I had more time to jog bringing my daily workout to full 1 hour instead of 45 minutes. Was feeling a bit dizzy after the exercise probaby because of the cough and sore throat. No enough air to the lungs??

Manage to drove around my jog route to see how far is one cycle.

Regime
Jog 0.6km x 5
Squats 10 x 5
Crunches 10 x 4
Side crunches 10 x 2 --> this one almost killed me
Side lunges 10 x 1
Push up 10 x 4
Hand to toe jump 10 x 3
butt squeeze 10 x 1 --> this one also almost killed me
hulla hoop 4 minutes

What I ate
2 slices of chiffon cake
6 dumplings
Izzi - 3/4 of fettucine, 1 slice of pizza, 2 calamari rings, 2 refills of coke --> effort all gone :(

Note to self : Find knee guard. Rt leg acting up due to old injury.

injured knee stil go exercise.
tat time till bend knee also pain.
scared liaw..take glucosamine..it helps. but not cheap. =)
